外籍配偶、陸港澳地區配偶、永久居留的外籍人士

已納入勞工退休金條例適用對象，

如受僱於適用勞動基準法的單位，

雇主即應依法申報其自到職日起至離職日止，

按月提繳不低於其每月工資6%的退休金，

儲存於勞保局設立的勞工退休金個人專戶。

此外，勞工也可在每月工資6％範圍內，

個人自願另行提繳退休金，

勞工只需要向雇主表達自願提繳意願，

並由雇主向勞保局申報即可喔~

Foreign spouses and mainland (including Hong Kong, Macao) spouses who are hired and fall under the Labor Standards Act, they are targets of compulsory contribution according to the Labor Pension Act. Employers are required to deposit 6% (or more) of a worker's monthly wages into an individual labor pension account managed by the Bureau of Labor Insurance. Besides, workers can voluntarily contribute a maximum 6% of their monthly wage into an individual labor pension account. Workers can inform employers of the intention to voluntarily contribute to their labor pension and submits it to the Bureau of Labor Insurance through employers.
