勞保被保險人因職業傷病不能工作，

 

住院或門診治療中未能取得原有薪資，

 

自不能工作第4天起可申請勞保職災傷病給付

 

 

勞保職災傷病給付給付標準，
 
 
是以被保險人遭受職災事故當月起前6個月平均月投保薪資的70%發給，
 
 
經過1年尚未痊癒無法工作者，減為50%發給，但以1年為限。

Occupational Injury or Disease Benefits
The benefits of occupational injury or diseases for inpatient hospitalization and outpatient medical care will be payable at the rate of 70% of the insured person’s average monthly insurance salary. In case an insured person has not recovered from injury or diseases after one full year and been unable to work, the benefits shall be reduced to 50% of average monthly insurance salary for a maximum period of one year.
