ReminderWhen worker suffers an occupational injury or disease requiring outpatient during the effective period of the insurance coverage, or within one year after the insurance coverage ends for the same injury/sickness, he/she shall submit the "Occupational Injury and Disease Outpatient Form" filled by the insured unit for the treatment without paying the partial out-of-pocket medical expenses stipulated by the National Health Insurance Act.
